Special regulation of our cancellation conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic:
So that you can look forward to your vacation without worries, our cancellation guidelines have been adapted to the current situation until further notice.
Should the Covid-19 pandemic lead to local or personal travel restrictions or travel warnings, a short-term free cancealltion is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. These include travel warnings for Austria or Obertauern, entry ban, declaration of risk area (upright warning 48 hours before arrival), official quarantine obligation for return travelers, official quarantine as a contact person. The above mentioned Covid-19 special regulations are valid if one of the mentioned points is valid 48 hours before your planned arrival.

Otherwise, the following eased cancellation guidelines apply:

• until 2 months before arrival free of charge | until 1 month before arrival 40% of total
• until 1 week before arrival 70% of total | within the last week preceding arrival 90% of total

Safe on vacation! More than ever, we recommend to take out the Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance from European Travel Insurance, so that you don't have to worry about anything on vacation. New! Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness. More detailed information on this courtesy you will find here.

General visitor's tax € 2,00 per night per person (only persons 15 years or older)

• If you only consume the breakfast, we remunerate € 14,00
• We accept debit card, Eurocard/ Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
• Your rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3.00 p.m. Unfortunately we can't reserve a certain room or floor number. (We will do our best to comply with your request if possible.)
• Additional costs when using a double room as single room: € 40,00
• At a stay up to 3 days an additional fee of 10% will be charged.
• For dogs we charge a cleaning fee of € 22,00 per day. (possible in our juniorsuites)
• At an early departure or late arrival the room price will be charged.
• Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

• The price differences result from the difference in size, locations and amenities of the room.
• Important notice: Due to our flexible booking system, it is possible to arrive on other weekdays than Saturday after consultation with the reception.
